Dental Receptionist
Days/Hours: Monday, Friday, and Saturday
Location: Edgware Road
FRIDAY 1st SEPTEMBER - You will be requested to attend our recruitment day in Edgware Road practice.

What is the role?
We have reception roles available at multiple practices within London.
This role is predominantly based at our Edgware Road practice.
Here our Reception team plays a huge part in our patient journey, from responding to queries in a timely manner to highlighting relevant products and services which are available in practice.

To be considered for this role you should:
· Pride yourself on your strong communication and interpersonal skills both face to face and over the phone
· Be extremely organized and forward-thinking
· Have excellent IT skills (appointment booking systems experience desirable)
· Be passionate about working to a high standard of service
· Have experience in working with customer service targets
· Have a passion for the Dental sector and drive to learn all about our products and services

Part-time hours: 37 per week
Salary: £11.00-£12.50 per hour
