Female Support Worker


 

Location: Bromsgrove- 15min walk from Asda

Salary: £10.82 per hour + £45 per sleep in

Full time role - 37.5hrs a week

You will be working as a part of a team supporting four very active ladies in their own home. Ladies are very passionate about music and going out socializing, especially to disco's and music festivals. If you can to sing like no one is listening - this role would be perfect for you!

You will be accompanying ladies to favoured activities and supporting with medication, personal care and mobility assistance. You will also be supporting them to run their own home - budgeting, housework, weekly menu planning, grocery shopping and taking care of the house cat.

It is preferable you hold a full UK driving license for this role (people we support have a manual Mobility Vehicle that their support workers need to drive for them - to be able to drive a Mobility Vehicle you need to have a full UK license).

What shifts are available?

- 8am - 3.30pm / 1.30pm - 9pm / long days/ two sleep ins a week

  • We're looking for people with flexibility to work on a rota basis that includes a combination of weekdays and weekends

- Rotas are provided at least 4 weeks in advance to support a healthy work life balance - something we're very passionate about!
