Call Centre Agent


 

VFLY LTD are looking for talented Call Centre Operator to join our team!

You will have a good ethic with regards to protection of customer data, performing your duties to all data protection regulations at all times. If you are a positive, proactive and enthusiastic person, we would like to hear from you!

What you will be doing:

  • Our customer’s journey starts with you! You will be first point of contact for all outbound and inbound for debts you will helping people take care of their debts.
  • Building relationships and trust with customers effectively.
  • Meeting and exceeding individual and company targets for customer debt.
  • Contribute positively to the team and success of the company

Who we want:

  • You will have some experience of working in customer facing role environment
  • Strong communication and great listening skills
  • High level of resilience & motivation to succeed
  • Great attention to detail, those little details do really matter
  • Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Willing to work hard and love to smash a target
  • Able to work 40 hours over 5 days per week to cover our opening hours Monday to

Friday 9am to 5pm.
