Kitchen assistant
At Black Swan Care Group, we are currently looking for a kitchen assistant to work in one of our residential care facilities, Thomas Tawell House on a part time, permanent basis, £10.90 per hour. (Please note, we do not offer sponsorships to candidates.)

Responsibilities of a kitchen assistant:
- Unloading fresh supplies and organising the stockroom. Checking sell-by dates and rotating food stock. Reviewing kitchen inventory and determining what items are needed.
- Washing, peeling, and preparing food ingredients and using equipment such as mixers, special knives and cutters.
- Cleaning kitchen appliances, ovens, dishes and pans and observing cooking times and correct temperatures.
